Broke after 3 months - dolls and accessories

This chair is so cute and my daughter loves it! Unfortunately we cannot leave this screw in. I think we need to replace the hardware with something else to hold these pieces together. My kids always find a screw on the floor and bring it to me. A week after I wrote this, the bracket holding the countertop in place split in two. It's made of cardboard. We removed the table top as the chair is still usable and we were able to replace the brackets with metal brackets. Anyway, my daughter got it for Christmas and it broke before Easter. Disappointing as we usually love Kid Kraft products.
