I would like to start by saying that there are many good things about this chair, for example it is very well made. Easy to set up, cheap, looks great. Functions and setting options ensure that you feel comfortable, but. The cushion you can sit on is almost like a solid piece of hard rubber. It's so bad I wouldn't consider it a pillow. I have 2 extra pillows to make me more comfortable. My kitchen table chair, which I used to sit in with cushions, was more comfortable on the bottom. It could easily be 5 stars if the pillow was comfortable. I hope the company reads this so they can do better. Because of the many positive points I give 4 stars. I would like to point out that it arrived on time, with no damage or missing parts.
