This coffee machine has been used in the office for 2.5 years. There were no problems at all. I took care of her myself. It performs its functions 100%. When the choice of KM arose, I began to read the reviews. All CMs are criticized, without exception, even this one. But, since I had experience using this model (let it be about 5 years old), I still chose it. Compared to others but this one is better. They write that it needs to be washed, but how did you want it? Do you wash your plates and mugs after every use? What is the problem here? The only thing I put a mug for rinsing before / after use, so that the water does not drain into the pan. I drink coffee mostly weak + milk. The taste suits. Also, I buy coffee by weight, to my taste. There is a very important point, it applies to all KM, you can not use coffee roasted in oil or syrup. This greatly spoils the work of the CM, up to failure.
