This item was clearly not only opened, but USED!

my God, I'm shocked. I have just received this foot spa the box of which has not only been previously opened but also used. You can feel and see the "ring" around the cymbal as it was second hand. WOW my god I'm not even trying to repack. It's disgusting. Even pumice stone was used. The bag containing the stone is clearly soiled, the photo shows the previous opening and no attempt to seal it. Seems they sent it back and sat in storage until I ordered it. I'm sorry but all I can say is shocking and amazed. Richard Wilville.
