Missing and defective parts
Although I love this stool and decided to keep it to avoid the hassle of returns, we had a few issues which made me not recommend it. We were missing a washer and one of the legs was assembled incorrectly. If I lay the broken leg down as it is, its sloping side would face the other three legs. Instead I moved the strut so that the tilt was correct, but I had to drill new holes in the leg to get the strut in the correct position. There was no contact information from First Hill to request a replacement leg or puck.
