Bought 3 packs for my son. Two of them were the right size (US-Medium/XL) and the third, despite being labeled as Medium, looked more like a small one. I contacted the company and they immediately refunded me the smaller shirt - GREAT customer service! I machine washed the shirts - normal cycle and air dried. They dried quickly but were a bit wrinkled. The colors didn't run, the shirt didn't shrink. I've steamed out the creases and will see how it fares in the next wash. My son plans to use them when he goes on vacation and may need to be washed and air dried at the hotel. I think they will work fine. Sizes of 2 shirts appear to be accurate. It suits the roomier side, which I think works best when trying to stay cool in hot climates. The material is thin but not flimsy. Again, being thin helps control body temperature. I would recommend trying these polo shirts. Great casual wear and the company wants the customer to be completely satisfied.
