Review on ScholarChip Visitor Management by Stephen Johnson

ScholarChip Visitor Management is easy to set up. The dashboard is user friendly and I was able to find the necessary functionality within minutes. There are multiple modules that can be used for specific purposes. The price point is on the high side but I would say that it is worth the investment and it will pay for itself in terms of not having to manage the front-of-the-house staff and making sure they are being managed correctly. It does take some time to figure out how to use the interface. The documentation was not very user friendly either. I am solving a problem in our organization that was creating an abundance of paperwork and having to rely on our Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to handle it. We love that we can have our visitors self-check in to their rooms when they arrive at campus. It makes things so much easier! The only thing I dislike about it is that it is not compatible with Outlook or Gmail. If you are looking for a way to make life easier for your visitors, this is the perfect program. It is very easy to use and has made my life so much easier! Having everything self-check in makes things so much easier and cuts down on time spent by students checking them in.
