I really like how flexible it can be with what you choose to promote, as well as the amount of flexibility for products within your site. It's not always clear where or when new features are being added. You need to do some digging in forums or social media channels about changes/improvements to come up with an answer. We've been using this product for around 6 months now. The website design itself looks great, easy navigation through categories etc. Our traffic went up by over 700% since implementing the program - which was great news!
