Review on Humixx Universal Hands Free Dashboard Windshield by Mario Haan

I examined this product beforehand and "the absorption power of very inadequate and in no way of the description". But I'm actually here to review the product after learning that it's not really the fault of the sucker I was having trouble with, more like wax residue on my dash. I think that would be an extra helpful step. if they include 1 small alcohol wipe in the kit to completely remove the wax that may be left behind which many other cleaners fail to remove. After cleaning the dashboard area with an "alcohol wipe". that the cup would be put down and dried completely, the phone holder would not come off. It was enlightening to finally understand this and I cannot say enough about her customer service and the help Belinda was able to give me in resolving this issue. If I could give this young lady a 10 star rating for her customer service skills I certainly would. I would recommend her superiors to give her the credit she deserves. Thank you Humix!
