I was disappointed that they changed the style of the heating pad and the new bottles didn't match the old heating pads. Wasted investment. I've been hesitant to buy new heaters because they aren't cheap and I'm still worried that they'll change again in a few years? However, I love the Claire Burke scent, so I decided to invest again. However, it appears that the amount of aroma released is random. The first heater and filler I used were great, but I barely smell the second. Another time the gas station didn't "click". I don't understand why this is happening. I keep buying this product because I can't find another scent that replicates the Claire Burke original anywhere. If I do I will stop buying them because they are expensive and unreliable.
