Great solution to keep records and statistics
I liked that it was easy for hotels in different countries (and even continents) which were not known by our team members before they started using this software - just enter their website address into BH's search field! It also helped us with keeping track of all reservations made through multiple channels/platforms within one system so we could easily report about them at any time without having access only via email or calls from another department where no data is stored online yet; but everything can be found there as well if needed later when preparing reports etc.,.
Pros
- I liked the easy to use interface and the possibility to create a lot of reports (even with complex formulas if needed) and to make reports and schedules easily accessible
Cons
- I would prefer if the interface was more modern and didn't look so old fashioned and a bit outdated
