Colorful hats and lights, and they're about a foot long.
I have the perfect place for these ghost lights in a witch hat on my side fence when the kids come home on Halloween night! The hat is very colorful and the caps are made from a medium weight nylon/polyester blend. I recommend taking hats out and putting them back on a few days before use to smooth out wrinkles and creases. There are eight different light modes and the lights are battery operated and batteries are not included. Flashlights require 3 AA batteries. They look great when hung and lit up and definitely stand out!
