This little fan is amazing! I'm a third year at university and it takes almost as long to learn as it takes to breathe. Let me tell you this fan has saved me so much from stress sweating. I like to study in cool places and feel uncomfortable and unfocused in the heat. It doesn't take up much space and is lightweight, meaning it fits almost anywhere. The cord could be a bit longer, but since I have a USB socket on my desk, that's not a big issue, but keep that in mind if you're planning on plugging it into an outlet or power strip. Noise Level To be honest almost every fan makes noise. I'd rather deal with noise than sweating or discomfort. It's not too loud and you get used to it after a while. Another thing to keep in mind is that there is only one setting. So either on or off. I think the one setting it has is great and perfect. It does not heat up and does not burn out, I will hold it for 7-10 hours at a certain time and it will be fine. Hope this helps you choose mini fans! :)
