Died after a couple of months of light use
I was surprised that the battery was heavily discounted when I brought it. It was almost too good to be true. It worked fine for the first few days. The Mac’s battery life went up from a few minutes to nearly 3 hours. I have a few other machines so this Mac does not get used much. Recently, when I used it again a few times, the battery is de facto non-existent. The machine shuts down the moment it is unplugged. I reinstalled the battery but to no avail. Am disappointed.
- After getting a dud from ebay, this unit is doing the job.
- Could cause laptop to run hotter than usual
