I love that you can create custom push messages, so for example we are able send out our weekly sales report directly into people's phones! The best thing about this service is how easy it was set up - no coding required! You just need an API key which they provide with your free account (and then add more as needed).

It took us less than 5 minutes of setup time total across multiple users/devices before using them in production at work!! We have been very happy since starting use last year but there isn't anything really specific i dislike or would like changed other than maybe having some sort of "backup" plan if something does go wrong? Not much has gone awry yet though :) They also offer support via chat when first setting things up too; great customer care all round here. Sending reports straight off my site without any additional software installed locally.- Reports sent direct onto user.
