I've been researching monitors for several months. I have my own business and need a new second monitor for my office to pair with my MacBook Pro which I could also use for PS4 gaming. Needless to say, after looking at countless monitors, reading reviews, and arguing with myself for months, I settled on the AW2518Hf. I can't be happier. First let me tell you, if you use it as a second monitor, it works great. The picture is bright, clear, full HD, it's amazing. If you use it as a dual purpose monitor, this is what you need. You'll find other gaming monitors fall short for general computing or programming. Not this one. Large enough for any work task. Well, if you're a gamer, listen up. You want to buy something that's a bit tried and true. The next generation of consoles is coming out and you want to be able to enjoy higher FPS features. I know our current PS4 only runs at 60 fps. This is completely normal! The response time of this monitor feels much faster. Also, my KD in COD Blackout, Fortnite, and Destiny 2 has literally increased by 2.0 or higher compared to playing on my 60" HD TV since the switch. I am not joking. I can finally see that split second faster than I can. ever could on my TV. That was the best thing I've ever done for games. Don't hesitate. Buy this monitor. He changes the rules of the game.
