Item arrived quickly and as described. Installed quickly and easily turns off. Adjusted water supply didn't help. Only way to get around preventing it from "screaming" when it comes out at the end of the rinse cycle is to set the water flow so low that you have to flush it several times to get enough water into the siphon to flush out the urine. makes a terrible noise at the end of the rinse cycle, don't buy this!
