Don't let the Samsung name fool you
Reviews about this monitor were not very good. I have an old Samsung monitor so I can take these complaints for a low retail price. But this monitor didn't even live up to my modest expectations. Even the picture on my 8 year old Samsung was superior to this monitor. The screen is very flexible - so flexible that the monitor can't really hold its position and constantly needed midday correction.

- Screen Tearing: This occurs when the monitor's refresh rate is too slow, causing the image to appear choppy or distorted.
