Five Star Rating – "This is the fourth order I've made for this knife. A couple were gifts and one I dropped and it broke. That's the trade off for a knife this consistently sharp. However, it is ceramic which is a form of glass and they can be broken. Do NOT use it as you would a Ginzu knife and try to cut cans. Use it for bagels, tomatoes, bread and it will last forever.”
