I currently have three headphones for the same price and these are the best. They do everything well, there are no obvious flaws. My other headphones from Jlabs and Duoten are fine, but each of them has issues that can be very annoying. Let me break it down into a few categories that I think are important. #1 Range and Connectivity Anker 5/5 Jlabs 4/5 Duoten 2/5 I've never had a single issue with these walkers at work or home. They don't turn off when I'm at a reasonable distance, even when I'm out of line of sight, and I love how gently they reappear when I'm out of range.#FitAnker 5/5Jlabs 3/5Duo 4/5They don't fall out . Others do this sometimes and I find it extremely annoying. I do have to give JLabs and Duoten credit, though, because even though they've been falling out of my ears and onto the concrete floor at work over the past year, I'm impressed that they both still work. JLabs even fell in the sink, completely submerged in water and still work. I can't rate the durability of the anchors at the moment because they don't fall out. #3 Sound Quality Anker 5/5Jlabs 3/5Duo 3/5 I give 5/5 because it's the best quality I've tried. I'm sure it gets better especially as you spend more but for the price it's fantastic. I've never heard so much bass in headphones. That's actually more than I'd like, but better than not enough because I can turn it down in the EQ settings. I would rate the Duote a 4 if it didn't make so many weird earache noises. They sound great 99% of the time, but that 1% is just painful and annoying to me. #4 Anker 5/5 Charger QualityJlabs 3/5Duoten 2/5 One of my biggest issues with wireless earbuds is that they don't seat properly in the charging bay. So far, the anchor kit works 100% even with the largest rubber parts. Others keep bugging me because they either don't charge or they don't fit and activate when I wear different headphones and I can't figure out why they don't work for me. It works. I don't think it's fair to compare battery life at the moment. I've only had them for a few weeks. Others don't last as long but have many more charge cycles. All of them have decent battery life. Pretty surprising considering how small they are. But I would only have one pair if the batteries lasted long enough on one of them. However, it would be far worse if it had volume control at the expense of other features. Since there is only one button on each earbud, you can't have everything. Perhaps in a future release there will be two knobs on each earbud that you can use to adjust the volume. That's what JLabs is good at. All of Anker plus Volume's features are relatively easy to use and don't do anything unintentionally. However, the buttons on the Jlabs are so hard to press that I feel like I'm sticking the earbud in my head, and it really hurts at times. The anchor button is good, just enough to press. Duoten is the worst of all. it is touch. Like the entire earbud, this is a touch button. Constantly performs random redials. It's terrible. Anchor wins again. #5 Anker Water Resistant 5/5 I just completely submerged one of my Anker headphones in very hot dishwater. I couldn't find it for at least thirty seconds. Once I got it out of the water, I put it on the kitchen table and turned off the bluetooth. I let it sit and air dry for about 24 hours. Then I put them on the charger for an hour or so. I wear them now and they still work great.
