The first thing to note is that straight out of the box they have a VERY pungent odor. It's a bit hard to swallow but I got over trying it (which I've wanted for years and finally did - mistakes were made). The sticks are not exactly the same. Some of them are ridiculously large and I don't see how anyone can be forced to use them as an alternative to a toothbrush. It's like cleaning with a hot dog. The ratio was about 4::6 with 4 of them being optimally sized making the cost of the pack not worth the money. The taste is not very good, but tolerable. Having to pluck the fibers from my tongue or rinse my mouth after each use is NOT tolerable, meaning it is not at all suitable for use on the go, and when at home I can use a toothbrush as well. The fact that they flaked off so badly was decisive for me. To be honest, it's just awful. If you decide to buy them, be sure to check out the instructional video on YouTube as well. They are also too soft to use right away and need to wait a bit for them to dry. Tl; dr - I would definitely not buy them again nor recommend them. Maybe other brands are better but after using them I don't want to spend money on more.
