The blades are very fragile
The blade of the product broke just slipping out of my hand. I contacted Amazon customer support for help. They said it was my fault and they wouldn't take it back. This was my first attempt at using it. Didn't even open the case properly. I have used a Conair machine, I have used it for so many years but never broke like this.
