This is a very useful backpack. It fits a lot (like a 17-inch laptop and everything you need to have on hand when traveling with three kids) and is well laid out so I don't feel like I'm just digging a bottomless pit when I need something must grab. (e.g. boarding passes for me and three children). It's also very convenient. I wore it for hours for two days with unexpected flight cancellations, downtime and delays. My back and shoulders have never complained. Unfortunately the stitching goes on the same strap. Unfortunately, the padding on the back doesn't reach the bottom of the backpack, so you always have to remember to pack it carefully, even if you've just been informed that she and her three children won't reach their destination anytime soon.. and there is no free flight home. Depending on what you put in it will make a decent pillow too.
