Choose a larger size for a roomy fit.
I was given this for ballet class. I'm usually between medium and small and I wanted the shorts to be a little big and baggy so I went for a medium size. They're still pretty tight, but I can still do the splits without feeling tight seams. If I could go back in time I would buy the big one instead of the baggy one. Also, they're not very good at generating heat, but they do look cute and retain a small amount of heat.
