I commute to work by bike, so I spend a lot of time listening to music or podcasts while driving. I also don't like full face helmets so the wind in my ears has always made it difficult to hear some media at low volume. I've looked at many different headphone amps and read many reviews, but there was always something that put me off other products. For some reason this product didn't turn up in my search but when I stumbled across the Pyle website this amp seemed perfect for my needs. I pulled the trigger with no feedback and after a few weeks I seem to have been blessed with the perfect headphone amp. I can turn the volume down to 50-75% on my smartphone when it was 100% before and I couldn't hear well. I tested the battery on a full charge and it was dead for over a week. This product has a few downsides. At first there is a slight hiss in the silence, but in the silence I don't need an amplifier, only when the wind is blowing in my face. Second, the speakers make a loud bang when connecting to my smartphone, so I have to connect it to my smartphone first and then plug in the headphones. None of them are show stops, which is why I'm giving this product a 5.
