We bought this bike for my 3 year old grandson. After 30 minutes of use, the pedal assembly began to make a clicking noise and the chain came off the sprocket. When we removed the chain cover we saw that the chain was so loose it was surprising it was left at all! We moved the rear wheel back to take up the play, but then found the pedal assembly moving from side to side in the body. Then 2 ball bearings fell out! None of these issues were related to the setup, which requires only the handlebars, pedals, and training wheels to be assembled. Took about 30 minutes. We returned it today for a refund.
