Shipping must suck!

I really wanted to use this monitor. I started plugging it in, thinking the panel was all closed. I didn't know it was actually hacked. The monitor is completely broken and I had to turn my old monitor back on because I have a meeting in the morning. Christ! Find people who know how to handle packages marked "Fragile"!
