I bought two of these for my electronic drum kit and MIDI keyboard. They are a good length to reach across the room (15ft), I like the bright red color so people don't trip over them, the woven cover makes them very durable to step on repeatedly. I had no trouble connecting my MIDI drum kit to my PC. I had very low latency and a reliable connection with no signal loss in my experience with over 20 hours of playtime. That's why it wasn't difficult for me to get the second one for my MIDI keyboard.
