This thing has a caution against installation procedures as it is literally covered in lead! I know that theoretically you put everything on it so that it is closed. But car interiors tend to be pretty tight, and I can't help but assume that some lead is getting into the cabin air. At least I don't want to risk it. It might do a great job, but I'm still not gluing lead panels in my cab! So what I'm going to do is get a lead free heat shield from a heat shield manufacturer, like maybe heat shield products. And then another Dynamat or competitor on top. It may cost more. Or maybe not, Dynamat products are expensive.
