Email Banner Module: This module allows you to customize the email banner that displays at the bottom of every email sent out by your organization.
1) EMAIL BANNER - This module is used to display a customized banner image to end users while reading an email. A customizable text message can also be displayed in the same manner. You may specify an optional URL to redirect users from their inbox to the custom page. 2) SPAM CONTROL - With the Spam Control module, you can easily identify spam messages and block them in your organization. Users can define keywords or phrases and apply filters to the messages. You can configure the number of messages allowed per sender, and the messages can be blocked or tagged for follow-up. 3) DATA LOSS PREVENTION (DLP) - Using DLP rules, you can restrict certain types of sensitive information from being copied, moved, forwarded, printed, emailed, or archived.
