Fits and works perfectly with our Motorola two way radios at work. Not sure which model we have, but it fits perfectly with the fork style shown. I ordered over 6ft just in case (mine is 5ft 6in). Not sure if they sent me less than 6ft or if the wire length is just not long enough (I didn't measure). I definitely can't throw a wire over my shoulder like most of us usually do. So I just ran a cable through my chest/stomach to the radio. It's under my uniform, so it doesn't matter. This is the first time I've had an earbud so I'm not sure if this is normal, but sometimes I can't tell voices from who's speaking. It's loud enough that I have no problem hearing it, and I only get 1/2 volume versus about 3/4 with my shoulder mic. So far, so good
