Didn't know that the base doesn't just snap in and rotate like many other Lock & Ride accessories. You must first screw the end of the handle up before inserting the base into the car socket, otherwise the base will just fall into the hole and the screw in the middle will just slide into oblivion. I figured it out with the first one (had to use needle nose pliers to pry the base out but the screw was gone for good) so I installed 1 of the 2 handles. :) High quality and durable - be careful when installing.
