It looks so pretty in the picture, with ruffles and diamond pattern. Yes, you will receive a shrink-wrapped cotton ball! I NEVER had a shrink-wrapped blanket! Extremely disappointed in my almost stuff like this! No pretty ruffles, no pretty diamond print, instead you get a crumpled quilt that looks used! Don't waste your money, the photo looks good, but what you get isn't! Update: I was contacted by the company after I wrote the review, they issued a full refund with no refund. Although the quality wasn't up to par, they were quick to respond and I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of their response and the care they take with their product. The product gets 1 star, but customer service by definition. 5 Stars.
