I received this watch with a time telling kit for my four and a half year old nephew who is fascinated by time. I use hourglasses with him and his little brother to help them take turns and wait relatively patiently for something to finish so we can start another activity and simple chores. I thought he was ready for the clock to illustrate the passage of time throughout the day. He retained his interest in the watch and after a few weeks of minimal training he correctly and very accurately matched the dial pattern at 4:00. when his real clock hit 4:00 and it was time for something fun. Now he understands the passage of time a little better, and when he grows up the numbers of minutes and quarters will come in handy. The information on the dial is well thought out and thorough. I was worried that the dial would look too cluttered and cluttered, but the symmetry is there and it looks good. My husband loved it and even wants one in our kitchen! I find it durable, not cheap. With my model, it is easy to change the time. I am very happy with it.
