Make flossing a habit!
I really enjoy using them and threading them (almost) every night because they make it so easy. The floss is smooth and doesn't fray or cut my gums as easily as finer floss teeth. My dentist recommended them to me a year ago and thanks to a light habit and fluoridation, I no longer have cavities between my teeth. :)
