Review on Plantronics HW251N Headset Advisor Renewed by Michael Herrera

Great headset for the right environment. I work in a call center with noisy tech support so it only covers one ear for me and it is very difficult for me to hear the person on the line because I also hear everything around me in the other ear and get distracted . Unfortunately it didn't work for me. But I work with a guy who uses one of them and he has no problem. Really depends on your concentration. Great headset, just not for me. Hope that helps!
