I'm well aware that the only way to really plump up lips is through surgery or those weird suctions that don't last forever and actually hurt the lips and skin terribly. BUT, while I still knew this, I really wanted something that would "bump" and moisturize my lips to make them appear redder and possibly shinier and bigger. I'm also a HUGE fan of that burning sensation you get from something like capsaicin. With this product I would say that I get everything I expected. I LOVE the burn, although for some people it can be too much. I like that it has a night cream and a day cream - the day cream burns and revives more. In general I am very satisfied with the product.
