Worked well for me with whitening kits
They fit me very well. However, after a few uses I have noticed a slight sensitivity in my lower teeth. It only seemed sensitive a few hours after I used it. That being said, I would definitely say they are worth it. I noticed a slight difference in one application and after 3-4 applications my teeth became noticeably brighter and whiter. Easy to use. My only advice is to make sure you actually dry your teeth before applying the white strip. This will help you hold on better. Also, the strips are too long for me, so I shortened them a bit.
