My 14 year old son was saving up to buy a monitor and after careful research settled on this one. Instead of a sharp and crisp image in the display, colors have been muted and images have been slightly washed out. Also, the screw securing the monitor to the stand didn't fit properly, preventing the cover from installing and worrying that it might be unsafe. We were charged $30 for shipping even though the item is listed as "free returns" and another $30 for restocking. My son lost most of the money he carefully saved. Instead of a lesson in careful budgeting and careful shopping, he learned about marketing and shipping fraud. Also, I could not find a way to dispute these charges.
