This set was terrible! I bought a helium tank to inflate dragon balloons, but when I did that they just floated right off the ground. I tried taking the paper legs off of them to get rid of the weight so they could swim and they actually floated upside down. I added a foot backwards and it sank again. I ended up just tying them to things, but even then they tilted so that only their wings and back were visible. It was very disappointing as my 7 year old daughter wanted a kite. Themed birthday party and it was purple dragons. I thought they would look like every other hot air balloon I've ever seen, but they seemed to defy the laws of physics. I also didn't use a banner because I thought the letters were cut out so I could add some color, which isn't the case.
