I got this pre-tied tie for my 9- year-old son who is small for his age. He wears size 6 shirt. Tie size 4-7 and it fits him perfectly. It falls right on the belt. I also bought a child's tie in the same fabric from the same manufacturer for my 10 year old son who wears a size 12 shirt. Both ties are perfect for both boys.
