HORRIBLE battery life

I've had these in the past and loved them. I lost them so I ordered more. The new ones are terrible. Sometimes one doesn't connect. The headphones will only charge when the case is plugged into the wall. Disconnect the case and it will NOT charge. And the charge takes a maximum of 30 minutes.
