Does this thing rip up any citrus it comes in contact with? Yes. Is it easy to clean? Maximum. Does it look cool on my counter? Definitive. Is it easy to use? It's brainless. Will I ever drink enough fresh grapefruit juice to justify the price? Doubtful. It's a well-made and thoughtful device and I like it, but it was definitely a "nice to have" and not a "must have". If you really love fresh juice for you and your family, this thing won't let you down. My friends will be very jealous the next time I host a brunch. I'm just not sure how much it will use on a daily basis, and it's expensive for what it is.
