Okay, but not a substitute for a bandage. It is good to stand apart for other exercises.

Not bad. I can use them alone for various exercises and sometimes with a punching bag. As a substitute for bandages, I put a four. They barely fit in my Everlast MMA gloves (large) that came with my punching bag and do not fit in my RDX MMA gloves (medium).
