The mirrors look and work just as well as the original parts. This is the second I bought for the driver's side because of the car wash and deer. One small thing I noticed on my second car that wasn't a problem on my first is a little wobble in the mirrors when driving on the road. My guess is that the manufacturer didn't perfectly mount the mechanisms behind the glass to prevent jerking or image movement when the car's vibrations are transmitted through the mount. The rest is perfect. I don't suspect anyone else would have this very small issue if they bought this replacement.
