Compressor unit does not work

Completed the installation of the 0f 12000 BTU 220 volt system per manual and powered up the system using the remote control. Air is blowing from inside the unit, but it is not cold and nothing is happening at the compressor/condenser unit of the outdoor unit. The display shows the error code "E5". On Monday I will call the service center to make a warranty claim. Will update this review later. UPDATE: Was never able to get help following the instructions in the installation guide. But Revain got down to business and had me return the item for a refund which for some reason didn't include the sales tax I paid, let alone the couple hundred I paid a handyman to help with the installation.
