very disappointed. I also had problems w 1200

brand new out of the box. First I charge the battery. the battery indicator does not work. I already had 1200 and know w from. when fully charged blue. if not red. Nada. Yes, I have tried different sockets in the house. very disappointed. I also had problems with the W 1200. My first niterrider, the older and not as powerful version of the 1200, worked very well until I stopped charging it. I will try again with the nireader. I researched the internet and it turned out that there is no better product.
