Affordable Amigo with Wobbly Joints

This model is useful for visualizing larger structures and is primarily used of the skull. The jaw joint is very interesting and the top of the skull is removable, which is pretty good for visualizing all of the internal structure, although I was expecting a bit more detail. The wrists are very imprecise though and don't help at all with understanding their anatomy, but it was pretty cheap so I'd say you get what you pay for. Attaching the legs was annoying and cut my toes a little with sharp edges in the pelvic girdle. This is a fun little desk model though, I've named mine Ralph and he sits with me while I study.

Pros
  • Easy to Stop: Our anatomical desktop skeleton model is the smallest and easiest entry-level model. This mini human skeleton model is easy to remove and install, the skullcap is removed from the model. The jaw of the skull suggests movement but does not move away from the model. The skeleton shows only the most basic anatomical details of the spine, ribs and skull.
