This software has helped me identify those employees who are willing to go through training that will help them become self-sufficient in their current position as well as improve upon areas they feel need improvement or room for growth within my department. I also like how this program can be used across both internal teams, including our executive leadership team! It would have been great if we could get more reports out of it so there were not multiple emails per day requesting updates from managers about progress towards goals set forth by us internally (e.g. attendance at events). A few things you should know before using: The first time one uses this platform they may experience some confusion because each user's input needs to create an account which requires additional information beyond what we initially provided during onboarding - therefore causing extra work. Additionally users must login weekly/biweekly and provide feedback regarding success stories completed via the survey section which becomes repetitive after.
