It lacks quality.
Very disappointed! When I saw the flimsy chain I was worried it wouldn't last long, but as it turned out the plastic buckle holding the clip (which the cylinder goes into) broke with a little pressure. at the door! I have an 'other' door latch product also offered by Revain (which works as advertised) but decided to take advantage of this offer as it was cheaper. What a big mistake! I have already ordered another door latch to replace this cheap one! I'm sorry for the negative rating, but if the shoes fit.
